Challenge: Stretching the market for yoga mats

Mantrafant is a producer of yoga mats, focused on sustainability. They had a good start, but soon hit a growth ceiling. That’s where we came in. 

Doing one of our product improvement sprints with them, we discovered, that the features they considered to be important, were not the features their users cared for. And the way they talked about the product, did not match the language of the customer.


Result: 5x in revenue without additional costs

Once you understand the problem, the solution is often obvious. We tweaked the language, we changed the point of customer interaction and voila, within three weeks:
